everything was fantastic, had a comfortable stay by one night. liked my double room. everyone was attentive and accommodating. the location was exceptionally nice, in the heart of everything. and it was also close to the center of town as well as restaurants. the food was local, had a great selection of options. nothing to complain about, the hotel met standards.

The property has a particularly good and magnificent location, close to a beautiful area. the staff are incredibly nice, and the owner too. - the room is well furnished with a comfortable bed.

I didn't want to leave and would come here again. Hotel was lovely little and good standard and I greatly enjoyed the food there, it was good. Location: the venue was near to equally tranquil square next to a church, nearby attractions, and cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was savoury and met expectations.

It was cool, large and in a private garden. The staff were helpful and amicable and the location was nice very close to the town center.

Helpful and very professional staff and quick to respond. Great value, great value for money and well-equipped rooms right in front of the kitchen.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff is exceptionally nice. The location is wonderful, very close to the town center. There are nice restaurants and shops nearby. The room is cool with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Good internet is available.

Casa Xu'Unan in Valladolid is a delightful family-run B&B. The owners are warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfasts served are delicious and homemade. The property is colorful and friendly, just as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient, with notable attractions and restaurants nearby. The bed and AC were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The swimming pool is a great asset for warmer days.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Xu'unan! Our spacious and clean room had a fridge, and we loved having access to the shared kitchen facilities. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the outdoor fenced-in space was perfect for our kids to play and relax. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel truly authentic Mexican. The charming walk to town was a great bonus, and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine.

The authentic feel and vibe of the place were very nice. Being located right beside a convent, it provided a culturally rich experience. Plus, it was conveniently close to Chichen Itza and a cenote. I loved the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the daily room cleaning. The hosts, Dr Pedro and Susi, were lovely and prepared a different fresh Mexican breakfast every day. The garden and pool area were also wonderful, making me feel at home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, with the charming Calzada de los Frailes and the historic convent just steps away. The breakfast made with local products was delicious, especially enjoyed in the outdoor area. The hosts, Miguel and his daughter, were friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. The facilities, including the lush garden with hammocks and the pool, added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience at Casa Xu'Unan and would highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean room with a big bed and good air conditioning. Great location, close to the monastery and Calle de los Frailes. Friendly hosts who go out of their way to show you the premises and nearby attractions. Quirky paradise garden spot with a nice location close to the city center. Good breakfast with coffee, fresh juice, and local dishes.

We had a great value for our money at Casa Xu'Unan. The room was clean, beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, near the center and quiet at night. The staff, especially Susy, was helpful and cute, despite our limited language skills.

The morning meal could be improved with a few more options.
